I ordered one of their FREE VIP packages back in November. Planned on using most of the items as gifts....package supposedly shipped early December.....still waiting!

Had to make other arrangements for gifts for the holidays and they are telling me that "per our policy" they won't refund the shipping charges.... I'm done with lousy customer service...

Can't wait until they call me next time to try and get me to take another of their free offers! That will be the only time I ever talk to this company again.....one angry customer is worth 100 good customers or maybe they missed that in Marketing 101.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
